My Last Minute Invention Fish 🐟

This recipe is for two Red Snappers (preferably one pound each/single serving) in a separate bowl chop and mix the following ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 diced onion
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 lemon
  • A quarter cup of olive oil
  • 1 or 2 diced tomatoes (depending on how much you love them)
  • Salt, pepper and soy sauce to taste

Place all the ingredients together in a pan with the red snappers (see picture below). Preheat your oven at 375 and cover the pan with aluminum foil. Place in the oven for 30 minutes, broiling for the last 15 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish. Serve it with my Cauliflower rice, your guests will think you hired a private chef.
