Philadelphia cream cheese 32oz (room temperature)
4 whole eggs
1cup sugar/ or brown sugar
1tbs vanilla extract
Graham crackers 20pcs
One stick of butter( you can add more if you like you crust buttery)
Start by mixing the cheese until soft, then add one egg at a time on medium speed, then the sugar and vanilla. Mix until all the batter becomes creamy..
For the crust :
Crush the graham crackers (sand),then add sugar and melted butter, I like to massage it with my hands.
Preheat the oven to 320
If using small baking pans individual size 20 minutes in oven
If using regular cheesecake pan bake for 45 minutes
After its baked leave it out to cool down and then refrigerate for a day! The colder the yummier..
Salted caramel topping
1/3 cup heavy cream
1cup soft brown sugar
Melt them all together in microwave and mix with a six until it becomes caramel
Before serving the cheesecake pour the caramel as much as desired..
Then a pinch of salt
I like to use strawberry jam and top it with fresh strawberries, raspberries, blueberries…
