Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 cauliflower head blended into a “snow texture”
  • 1 cup of chickpeas
  • 1 tbs garlic powder
  • 1 tbs sesame seeds
  • Salt, pepper and soy sauce to taste
Cook all the ingredients mixed together in a wok for 15 minutes.
